A man is now in custody after an alleged arson at the residence of Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro. Police say Cody Balmer scaled a fence to break into the mansion and used a handmade device to start the fire as the governor and his family slept. NBC’s Shaquille Brewster reports for TODAY.
