TOKYO — Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba’s cabinet lost 2 percentage points to log an approval rating of 33% in this month’s Nikkei/TV Tokyo poll, its lowest reading yet amid historically high inflation.

The cabinet’s disapproval rating climbed 1 point from March to 60%.
