TOKYO — Japanese electronic measuring instrument maker Anritsu will acquire Austria’s Dewetron for 54 million euro ($61.6 million) with an eye on expanding its sales network.

Dewetron makes high-speed power measurement and data-collection instruments. Anritsu plans to work with Dewetron to develop automotive testing equipment and other technology.
