NEW YORK — The majority of iPhones sold in the U.S. during the April-June quarter will be shipped from India, while Vietnam will be the country of origin for almost all iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods products, CEO Tim Cook told analysts at an earnings call Thursday.
U.S. President Donald Trump has imposed 145% tariff on Chinese imports. However, Apple said China will continue to supply the vast majority of total product sales outside the U.S. for the quarter.
