International Driving License Facility Introduced at Major Airport

Overseas Pakistanis traveling through Lahore can now get their international driving licenses directly at the airport, thanks to a new facility introduced by the Lahore Traffic Police.

A self-service traffic kiosk will soon be set up in the departure lounge of Allama Iqbal International Airport. Traffic officials say that travelers will just need to show their visa and valid local driving license to instantly get an international driving license. A printed copy will be given on the spot.

This kiosk will also offer services like renewing learner permits, local driving licenses, and international licenses. It will operate 24 hours a day, making it easier for people to access these services anytime.

Officials also shared that the number of traffic kiosks in the city will increase to 10 by the end of this month. There are also plans to expand the network to 100 kiosks across Lahore in the next financial year.
