PM Shehbaz to visit Turkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will be visiting Turkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan starting Sunday to talk about bilateral ties and the recent tensions with India.
According to a statement from the Foreign Office, the visit will take place from May 25 to May 30, 2025. During this time, the Prime Minister will hold in-depth talks with the leaders of these countries about their relationships and important regional and international matters.
The statement also said that PM Shehbaz will use this visit to thank these friendly countries for their support during Pakistan’s recent crisis with India.
He will also attend the International Conference on Glaciers in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, from May 29 to May 30, 2025.
Earlier, PM Shehbaz expressed deep gratitude to Turkiye and Azerbaijan for standing with Pakistan during the recent tensions with India.
