Renowned actor and director Yasir Hussain, known for his outspoken nature and bold statements, has once again stirred controversy with his recent comments.
Despite having faced backlash in the past for his candid remarks, Yasir continues to express his views without hesitation.
True to form, his latest statement has sparked public criticism after he appeared to absolve men of any responsibility in cases of second marriages and extramarital relationships, placing the entire blame solely on women.
His comments have reignited debates on gender roles and accountability, drawing reactions from both fans and fellow industry figures.
When the host suggested not all men share his perspective, Hussain claimed that in second marriages or extramarital relationships “the woman plays a bigger role honestly the man is not that much at fault.” He elaborated by questioning how a woman could marry a man she knows is already wed.
The host countered that women are often unaware a man is married, to which Hussain asserted such cases are rare, claiming only “0.1 percent.” Despite the host’s challenge on his statistics Hussain maintained he knows many women who knowingly married men with some even demanding the first wife be left.
Hussain further suggested that contempor women often prefer an already established and mature man. He posited that they see a married man who manages a home, has stable children and owns a car as an ideal and attractive partner, assuming such men possess desirable qualities.
