GAZA: The Israeli milit has kept up its intense attacks in Gaza, with reports indicating bombings of refugee camps and the Al-Ahli Hospital. These strikes have led to the deaths of many Palestinians, as the fierce assaults continue across the area.
According to reports from international media, the attacks on refugee camps and Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza alone have resulted in at least 50 Palestinian deaths. The ongoing bombardment highlights the severe human cost in the blocked-off territory.
Beyond Gaza, Israel also carried out strikes on Hezbollah locations in Lebanon. These attacks destroyed several buildings, and there are fears of more casualties. These actions suggest the conflict might be getting wider.
Meanwhile, a top Hamas official, Khalil al-Hayya, clarified that Hamas did not outright reject the ideas from US envoy Steve Witkoff. Instead, he said Hamas only asked for “some changes” to the terms. Al-Hayya also mentioned that Hamas is ready to join a new round of talks about a ceasefire, which could mean diplomatic efforts will continue.
