TOKYO — U.S. subsidiaries of Japan’s Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance and auto parts maker Yazaki on Tuesday will form an alliance that seeks to improve accident risk assessments.
The insurer’s subsidi Moter Technologies will issue shares to a Yazaki group company in the U.S.
