Future wars will be about data. The era of spices, oil and even rare earths is ending. Soon AI will become the basis of everything. As nations need real food to feed their soldiers, AI needs huge volumes of digital “food” — data — to operate. The more data available, the more accurate AI models can be. Even relatively simple AI applications, such as image recognition and natural language processing, rely on large amounts of data.
