TOKYO — Japan’s SBI Shinsei Bank will complete its repayment of bailout funds by the end of July as it aims to relist on the Tokyo market, Nikkei has learned.

The bailout money SBI Shinsei owes to the government-affiliated Deposit Insurance Corporation of Japan is estimated to be around 230 billion yen ($1.5 billion).
