Donald Trump says U.S. destroyed Iran’s Nuclear Power, Calls Global reports fake

U.S. President Donald Trump has once again claimed that Iran’s nuclear capability has been completely destroyed. Speaking at a press briefing during the NATO summit, he strongly rejected reports by The New York Times, CNN, and other international outlets, calling them false and misleading.

“We ended Iran’s nuclear power using full force,” Trump said. He added that both Iran and Israel are now tired of war, and he doesn’t believe either country will break the current ceasefire.

Trump emphasized that the U.S. aimed to eliminate Iran’s nuclear capability—and in his view, that goal has been achieved. “Now it’s up to China whether they want to buy oil from Iran or the U.S.,” he added.

He claimed that Iran will not be able to regain nuclear strength for several years. “I believe everything at the Fordow nuclear site has been destroyed,” Trump said. He also noted uncertainty about whether a new deal with Iran will be made anytime soon.

President Trump says China can buy Iranian oil

The U.S. President criticized global media outlets for failing to support American pilots. “Instead of encouraging our pilots, fake news is being spread,” he said. Trump claimed that just a day earlier, Israel had sent 52 fighter jets to attack Iran, but the U.S. ordered them to return.

According to Trump, Iran has not violated the ceasefire agreement and now needs financial aid for reconstruction. He even praised Iran’s performance in the conflict, saying, “Iran fought bravely.”

Trump also mentioned his past efforts to help broker a ceasefire between Pakistan and India. However, he expressed concern that no real discussions are happening regarding stopping Russia’s attacks on Ukraine.
