LAHORE: The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) of the Jinnah House attack case has found Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) leader Hassan Niazi’s sister guilty.
An anti-terrorism court Lahore Judge Manzar Ali Gul heard the Jinnah House attack and arson case in which the court was told that the JIT has declared 8 PTI workers, including women, innocent in the investigation.
The lawyers of the acquitted persons requested to withdraw the bail applications, on which the court disposed of them on the basis of withdrawing the bail applications.
However, JIT found Hassan Niazi’s sister Hajra Niazi guilty while Fatima Haider, Bina Zeeshan and Rukhsana Naveed were also found guilty.
Later, the court extended the interim bail of Hajra Niazi and others till Janu 15.
It should be noted that the Sarwar Road police station has registered a case against the accused in the Jinnah House attack case.

Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Waqar Ahmad of Peshawar High Court heard the protective bail plea of Salman Akram Raja.
The petitioner’s lawyer said that 8 FIRs have been registered against Salman Akram Raja, in 8 cases he has obtained bail. He stated 8 cases are known while the rest are unknown.
