SINGAPORE — Singapore police have launched a probe into a massive case of alleged internal fraud in a family office owned by a rich businessman from China, local authorities told Nikkei Asia, as potential criminal prosecution lies ahead.
“The Police confirm that a report was lodged and investigations into a case of suspected criminal breach of trust are ongoing,” the local police said in a statement to Nikkei Asia, without providing further details.
