SINGAPORE — Singaporean agriculture technology company Archisen plans to open a new urban vegetable factory in Malaysia’s Johor in the second half of this year, with another five sites in the state currently under discussion.

The company, led by 42-year-old CEO Vincent Wei, is among a slew of businesses angling for early deals in a new special economic zone (SEZ) north of Singapore’s border.
