ATC issues non-boilable arrest warrants of KP CM
LAHORE: Anti -Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur in violence against police case during Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) protest.
Ali Amin Gundapur’s non-bailable arrest warrants were issued on October 5 in the Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf (PTI) Lahore in protest and torture of police.
ATC Admin Judge Judge Ali Gul also issued non -bailable arrest warrants for PTI leaders Hammad Azhar, Saeed Sindhu and Shahbaz Ahmed.
In the case, the police stated that Ali Amin Gundapur, including other accused, was not being investigated, he was summoned several times for investigation.
It should be noted that Ali Amin Gandapur’s arrest warrants are still in the audio leak case. On April 18, 2025, during the hearing of the case in the Anti -Terrorism Court of Islamabad, the proceedings were postponed.
The audio-leak case against the Chief Minister was adjourned due to the absence of Additional Sessions Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim.
The next hearing of the case was adjourned till May 6, 2025. Ali Amin Gandapur and Asad Farooq Khan have been booked in the Police Station Golra Sharif.
