WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Defense will likely see significant changes in the second Trump administration as technology investors and entrepreneurs take up key posts.
President-elect Donald Trump on Sunday announced that Stephen Feinberg, co-founder, CEO and chief investment officer of Cerberus Capital Management, will be deputy secret of defense. He will be supported by former Uber executive Emil Michael as undersecret of defense for research and engineering.
