TOKYO — Nissan Motor is considering selling its headquarters in Yokohama, south of Tokyo, in addition to cutting seven of its 17 global factories, Nikkei has learned.
The headquarters is estimated to be worth over 100 billion yen ($698 million), according to a local real estate agency. Nissan would use the money to cover the significant costs associated with the plant reductions.
